Gus Commercials Limited (“Gus Commercials”) is offering a 20% discount on short term commercial vehicle hire for new business customers, for a limited period only (“the Promotion”). The Promotion will commence on 20^th September 2019 and the closing date of the Promotion will be determined by Gus Commercials at its sole discretion.

Once you have met the qualifying conditions, your discount can be applied to your first contract with Gus Commercials for a single short term, self-drive hire of any vehicle in our fleet.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion is available to new business customers only. You must have a business registered in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland to qualify.  Gus Commercials reserves the right to require you to produce a valid company or VAT registration number for the company or business that is hiring the vehicle, before it provides the discount.  The Promotion is not available to retail customers that are not hiring on behalf of a business.
2. New business customers are defined as any business customer that has not previously hired a vehicle or vehicles from Gus Commercials within the period of three years before the date of the intended hire.
3. Short term commercial vehicle hire is defined as the hire of any commercial vehicle on a self-drive basis for a period of not more than five working days.
4. The discount can only be claimed once per new business customer throughout the duration of the Promotion, regardless of the duration of the contract for hire to which it applies (i.e. 1 to 5 days). However, Gus Commercials invites customers to discuss with it subsequent, repeat rates of hire separately to this Promotion, if further vehicle hiring is required following the initial period of hire to which the Promotion applies.
5. The discount applies to vehicle hire rates only. No other associated costs, including but not limited to, fuel, tax and and insurance, will be discounted.
6. Vehicle hire is subject to availability.
7. To avail of this promotional discount you must inform Gus Commercials of your intention to claim the discount at the time of booking.
8. The discount will be forfeited if payment in respect of the hire contract is not made in accordance with Gus Commercials’ standard terms for payment (See clause 10, below).
9. Gus Commercials may, at any time, make minor amendments to this Promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
10. Subject to receiving the discount, customers/hirers must comply with Gus Commercials’ standard terms and conditions in respect of any contract of vehicle hire to which the Promotion applies. The terms and conditions can be found here.
11. Where any term of the Promotion or Gus Commercials’ standard terms and conditions are not complied with, the discount will not be applied.
12. The discount applied in the Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or any other incentive.
13. The discount applied in the Promotion is not available if used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
14. Gus Commercials reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time.
15. The Promotion is being implemented entirely at the discretion of Gus Commercials, and Gus Commercials reserves the right to refuse to apply the Promotion and discount to any customer if it believes there are reasonable grounds for doing so.
